Arcadia Announces Promotions Within Its Marketing Division

Southern California based manufacturer Arcadia has promoted Tammie Alciatore to the position of Director of Marketing for both its Arcadia and Encore brands. In addition to directing initiatives for advertising, website strategy, tradeshow participation, and promotional programs, she is also responsible for the development of all selling-process materials and overseeing fulfillment distribution channels.

A fifteen-year veteran with the company, Alciatore joined Arcadia in 2004 and quickly established her skills and leadership abilities, earning her first promotion to Marketing Communications Manager within the first twelve months. In the following years, the Encore brand underwent a significant transformation and grew at a rapid pace, such that a dedicated brand manager was needed to focus exclusively on its expansion. It was then, in 2011, that she was appointed Encore Brand Development Manager where she successfully launched its new identity, leading the way for greater brand recognition and increased market share.

As Arcadia and Encore continued to enjoy significant growth over the subsequent years, the marketing division was restructured, expanding the scope of each team member to include responsibilities for both brands. This not only enabled everyone to capitalize on their individual strengths but also afforded greater access to optimize proficiencies across marketing platforms. The team will continue to focus on, and market, each brand separately, with Alciatore as the guiding force to maximize their reach at every opportunity.

Previous Director of Marketing, Helen Kim, has also been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, a newly created position within the organization that was implemented as part of a broader corporate management strategy. In this role, she will continue to develop the overall visual identity of the brands, establish future market positioning and create strategic marketing plans to align with the company’s overall sales goals. In addition, Kim will drive new product design processes and further direct company-wide initiatives from internal and external corporate communications to facility enhancements and employee engagement programs. Having started with the company in 2000, her long-standing experience, knowledge and dedication have been a key part of its growth and will continue to be relied upon for the future.
