Landscape Forms Appoints Lighting Industry Sales Executive Jordan Agustin President of Lighting Business Segment

Jordan Agustin

Jordan Agustin has been appointed as President of Landscape Forms Lighting, one of three new business segments created as part of the company’s strategy to expand market scope and drive aggressive growth. He brings to his new position almost two decades experience at Lumascape, an Australia-based global manufacturer of exterior architectural, landscape and underwater lighting, where he led product management, developed an extensive partnership network of distributors in the Asian/Pacific, Middle Eastern, European and North American markets, and, most recently, served as VP of Sales for North America and Europe.

At Landscape Forms, he will have primary responsibility for customer interface, production, profitability and growth of the lighting business segment, which has grown rapidly from newcomer to a significant player in the LED outdoor lighting market.

Landscape Forms launched its first outdoor landscape and streetscape lighting products in 2010 with Hi-Glo and Lo-Glo lights, as part of the award-winning Metro 40 Collection by BMW Group Designworks. Developed just as LED technology was becoming the new industry standard, the lights were at the cutting edge of design, technology and ecology. Since then, the company has expanded its offerings of LED products and taken a leadership role in LED performance. Richard Heriford, past President of Landscape Forms, spearheaded the company’s expansion into the lighting market. He sees growing opportunity, as the lighting industry consolidates and smaller producers are rolled into mega corporations, for the design-focused product solutions on which Landscape Forms’ reputation is built. “Consolidation typically results in a focus on improving profits and cutting costs in materials, labor and design value,” he explains. “At Landscape Forms we see opportunities for expanding our presence with the design community and leading the industry with exciting design form and a superior-quality LED lighting experience. And as new lighting technologies emerge, we will continue to stay in the lead.”

In his role as President of Landscape Forms Lighting, Jordan Agustin will collaborate with the executive leadership team to bring greater focus, energy and accountability to fuel overall company growth. Landscape Forms CEO, Marjorie Simmons, states: “Jordan Agustin has an extremely solid foundation to build upon as we take our lighting business to the next level. He has extensive experience in lighting and industrial design as well as in national and international markets. He is a great fit for our company, where culture is extremely important. I believe Jordan is the right person for the challenges ahead and he will be successful in growing our market share. I am very excited to welcome Jordan to Landscape Forms.”
